Inspired and Purposefull
“Last year, Max received a card and artwork through the Father’s Day Letterbox Project, and it had such a profound impact on him.
He proudly showed them to staff and other residents, reading the messages over and over. You could see how much it meant to know someone in the community had taken the time to think of him.
And Max wasn’t the only one — the whole facility felt brighter that week. The conversations, the smiles, and the sense of connection lasted long after the day itself.
It reminded us all how powerful a simple act of kindness can be.”

“Taking part in the Letterbox Project last year was such a special experience for our family.
Our kids loved making a card and drawing pictures, and it opened up conversations about kindness and thinking of others. Knowing our letter went to someone who might be alone on Father’s Day made it even more meaningful. It was such a simple thing for us to do, but it created a real sense of connection — not just for the person who received it, but for our whole family.”

“We couldn’t be with Pop this year — or most years — as we live overseas.
We are so grateful that his lovely aged care home got him involved in the Father’s Day Letterbox Project.
He received the most beautiful card and artwork from local families, and it made him feel so connected to the community where he lives.
Knowing people nearby took the time to think of him has meant the world to us.”
